{"id":200132,"date":"2026-04-22T15:23:13","date_gmt":"2026-04-22T13:23:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/novice.si\/page\/?p=200132"},"modified":"2026-04-08T16:27:32","modified_gmt":"2026-04-08T14:27:32","slug":"rizota-s-sparglji-in-mlado-cebulo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/novice.si\/page\/rizota-s-sparglji-in-mlado-cebulo\/","title":{"rendered":"Ri\u017eota s \u0161parglji in mlado \u010debulo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sestavine za 4 osebe:<br \/>\n280-320 g ri\u017ea arborio ali carnaroli<br \/>\n500 g \u0161pargljev<br \/>\n4 mlade \u010debule<br \/>\n4 stroke \u010desna<br \/>\n1 l ju\u0161ne osnove<br \/>\n100 ml belega vina<br \/>\nmalo olivnega olja<br \/>\n6 \u017elic naribanega parmezana<br \/>\n2 \u017elici masla<br \/>\nsol in poper po okusu<\/p>\n<p>Priprava:<br \/>\n1. korak:<br \/>\n\u0160parglje operemo in odtrgamo trde konce ter nare\u017eemo na poljubno velike kose. Mlado \u010debulo nare\u017eemo na kolobar\u010dke, \u010desen pa sesekljamo. Juho segrejemo do vrenja.<br \/>\n2. korak:<br \/>\nV ve\u010dji ponvi na segretem olj\u010dnem olju prepra\u017eimo mlado \u010debulo, 2\u20133 minute, da postekleni, a ne porjavi. Dodamo nasekljan \u010desen in preme\u0161amo, da zadi\u0161i. V ponev dodamo ri\u017e in me\u0161amo slabo minuto, da postekleni in se obda z ma\u0161\u010dobo. Vse skupaj deglaziramo z malo belega vina in pustimo, da skoraj ves izhlapi, nato pa za\u010dnemo s postopnim dodajanjem juhe. Po zajemalkah dodajamo vro\u010do juho in me\u0161amo, dokler ri\u017e ne vpije teko\u010dine. Vse skupaj traja pribli\u017eno 20 minut, dokler ri\u017e ni kremast, a \u0161e vedno rahlo \u010dvrst.<br \/>\n3. korak:<br \/>\n\u0160parglje dodamo zadnjih 5 minut kuhanja, da ostanejo ne\u017eno hrustljavi.
