Uporabimo lahko kupljeno ali doma\u010de krhko testo, v naslednji \u0161tevilki bomo objavili recept za doma\u010de krhko masleno testo za pite. Peka\u010d namastimo in nanj prelo\u017eimo testo. S prsti testo pritiskamo ob peka\u010d, da se to med peko ne bo preve\u010d skr\u010dilo, in pri tem oblikujemo rahlo vijugast rob. V skledi raz\u017evrkljamo jajca, prime\u0161amo rikoto, nariban sir, sesekljan timijan ter sol in poper.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><b> korak:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Peka\u010d z rahlo zape\u010denim testom vzamemo iz pe\u010dice in po njem razporedimo nadev iz jajc, rikote in cheddarja. Po vrhu razporedimo pope\u010dene \u0161parglje.
