Kar devet potic je tedaj spekel za Vatikan.<br \/>\nSre\u010dko Rajh je sicer zaposlen kot kmetijski svetovalec na Kmetijsko gozdarskem zavodu Ptuj, enota Slovenska Bistrica, pri svojem delu pa sodeluje tudi s tamkaj\u0161njim Dru\u0161tvom kmetic. Dru\u0161tvo je nedavno predstavilo svojo knjigo receptov in tudi v njej najdemo recept za orehovo potico, ki ga Sre\u010dko uporablja \u017ee vrsto let. \n<p><strong>Sestavine<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Testo:<br \/>\n<\/strong>&#8211; 60 dag p\u0161eni\u010dne gladke moke<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 dag kvasa<br \/>\n&#8211; 8 dag masla<br \/>\n&#8211; 8 dag sladkorja<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 rumenjake<br \/>\n&#8211; Limonina lupina<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 \u017elici ruma<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 \u017elice kisle smetane<br \/>\n&#8211; Polovica male \u017eli\u010dke soli<br \/>\n&#8211; Mleko po potrebi<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nadev:<br \/>\n<\/strong>&#8211; 50 dag mletih orehov<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 do 5 \u017elic sladkorja ali medu<br \/>\n&#8211; Pol \u017eli\u010dke mletega cimeta<br \/>\n&#8211; Vanilijev sladkor<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 jajce<br \/>\n&#8211; Sneg \u0161tirih beljakov<br \/>\n&#8211; Rum po okusu<br \/>\n&#8211; Mleko po potrebi<\/p>\n<p><strong>Postopek<\/strong><br \/>\nV skledo presejemo moko, ki jo posolimo, preme\u0161amo in na sredini naredimo jamico. Iz kvasa in malo mla\u010dnega mleka naredimo kvasni nastavek, ki ga vlijemo v jamico in malo pome\u0161amo z moko. Pustimo vzhajati nekaj minut. Ko je kvas vzhajan, dodamo preostale sestavine za testo (stopljeno maslo, stepene rumenjake s sladkorjem, rum, naribano limonino lupino, kislo smetano). Maso zme\u0161amo, po potrebi dodajamo mleko, da dobimo mehko testo. Mesimo tako dolgo, da se testo lepo lo\u010duje od posode. Testo pustimo vzhajati.<\/p>\n<p>Nadev pripravimo tako, da v skledo stresemo orehe, dodamo sladkor (po \u017eelji lahko sladkor nadomestimo s 3 do 4 \u017elicami medu) ter malo mleka. Nato dodamo cimet, vanilijev sladkor, celo jajce in rum. \u010cisto ob koncu masi dodamo \u0161e sneg iz beljakov, ki so nam ostali pri izdelavi testa.<\/p>\n<p>Dobro vzhajano testo damo na delovno povr\u0161ino in ga \u010dim bolj na tanko razvaljamo v obliki pravokotnika. Prema\u017eemo z nadevom in zvijemo. Potico polo\u017eimo v z maslom nama\u0161\u010den peka\u010d (po mo\u017enosti glineni poti\u010dnik) ter jo z leseno \u0161pilo prepikamo in pustimo dolgo vzhajati. Ko je dovolj vzhajana, jo damo v pe\u010dico, ogreto na 180 stopinj C in pe\u010demo eno uro.
