Tako ocenjuje vodja Centra za krepitev zdravja Zdravstvenega doma Slovenska Bistrica <strong>Silvija Lunder<\/strong>, ki v nadaljevanju podaja nekaj nasvetov in idej. \u010ceprav je prvi mesec v letu \u017ee mimo, ni nikoli prepozno, da si postavimo nove cilje. Takole pravi:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dolo\u010dite jasne cilje<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Specifi\u010dni:<\/strong> Opredelite to\u010dno, kaj \u017eelite dose\u010di.
