{"id":182777,"date":"2024-12-24T09:25:14","date_gmt":"2024-12-24T08:25:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/novice.si\/page\/?p=182777"},"modified":"2024-12-24T09:25:14","modified_gmt":"2024-12-24T08:25:14","slug":"srecko-rajh-iz-slovenske-bistrice-spekel-orehovo-potico-za-papeza-franciska","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/novice.si\/page\/srecko-rajh-iz-slovenske-bistrice-spekel-orehovo-potico-za-papeza-franciska\/","title":{"rendered":"Sre\u010dko Rajh iz Slovenske Bistrice spekel orehovo potico za pape\u017ea Fran\u010di\u0161ka"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pred bo\u017ei\u010dnimi prazniki je v Vatikan romala orehova potica, ki jo je spekel <strong>Sre\u010dko Rajh iz Slovenske Bistrice.<\/strong> Potica je bila pripravljena po tradicionalnem receptu<strong> Dru\u0161tva kmetic Slovenska Bistrica,<\/strong> ki ga Rajh uporablja \u017ee vrsto let in je dostopen tudi v kuharski knjigi tega dru\u0161tva.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bbMi smo hoteli spe\u010di doma\u010do potico, ki se pripravlja v doma\u010di kuhinji, brez industrijske priprave tega \u017eivila, \u00ab je pojasnil Rajh, ki je zaposlen kot kmetijski svetovalec na Kmetijsko gozdarskem zavodu Ptuj, enota Slovenska Bistrica. Za ta poseben projekt je v 15 urah spekel kar devet potic. Ker se je peke lotil doma na Pretre\u017eu in je imel na voljo le eno pe\u010dico, je bila organizacija klju\u010dna. \u00bbPomembno je, da si pripravi\u0161 vse vnaprej \u2013 dovolj posode, dovolj              <\/div>\r\n                \n<p>Da je pape\u017e Fran\u010di\u0161ek letos oku\u0161al prav ptujsko potico, gre zasluga sodelovanju Minoritskega samostana sv. Petra in Pavla na Ptuju ter Kmetijsko gozdarskega zavoda Ptuj. Pobudo za ta poseben dar je dal pater Milan Kos. \u00bbIdejo sem dobil, ko sem poslu\u0161al, kako pape\u017e vsako leto prejme potico. Mislil sem si, zakaj ne bi na\u0161 samostan enkrat prevzel pobude in podaril potico pape\u017eu, \u00ab je povedal Kos.<\/p>\n<p>V ponedeljek zjutraj so potice nalo\u017eili v kombi in jih odpeljali v Vatikan, kamor so prispele 17. decembra. Po blagoslovu so bile med avdienco predane pape\u017eu. Ob poticah je bilo pape\u017eu predano tudi pismo, ki ga je napisal pater Kos. V njem je opisal zgodovino, \u017eivljenje in delo minoritov na Ptuju.<\/p>\n<p>Daritev potice pape\u017eu ni bila zgolj \u010dast, temve\u010d tudi odli\u010dna promocija Festivala dobrote slovenskih kmetij, ki \u017ee 36 let povezuje minoritski samostan sv. Petra in Pavla ter Kmetijsko gozdarski zavod Ptuj.
