Pi\u0161\u010dan\u010dja stegna s kostjo ali brez (uporabimo lahko tudi druge kose pi\u0161\u010danca) obilno posolimo in popramo ter na me\u0161anici masla in olivnega olja na mo\u010dnem ognju pra\u017eimo nekaj minut na vsaki strani. Medtem pripravimo ostale sestavine. O\u010di\u0161\u010dene \u0161alotke in \u010desen razre\u017eemo na \u010detrtine, limono pa na osem delov. V nekaterih starih receptih najdemo datlje namesto limone, odlo\u010ditev je va\u0161a.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><b> korak:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prepra\u017eene kose mesa zalijemo z vinom, da deglaziramo ponev, s kuhalnico postrgamo po dnu, da se odlepijo morebitni zape\u010deni ko\u0161\u010dki. Po mesu nato razporedimo \u0161alotko, \u010desen, limono, paradi\u017enike, olive in kapre. Za\u010dinimo s timijanom in ro\u017emarinom, lahko pa uporabimo tudi provansalsko me\u0161anico za\u010dimb.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><b> korak:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span
