Toda kako?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>V Centru za krepitev zdravja v Slovenski Bistrici v juliju <strong>vsak petek<\/strong> pou\u010dujejo tehnike spro\u0161\u010danja.\u00a0Delavnice so namenjena odraslim, ki bi se \u017eeleli nau\u010diti tehnik spro\u0161\u010danja in z njihovo pomo\u010djo ubla\u017eiti simptome stresa ter zmanj\u0161ati tesnobo.<br \/>\nZakaj so tehnike spro\u0161\u010danja priporo\u010dljive in kako pogosto jih je dobro izvajati, pojasnjuje <strong>Vesna Pesek<\/strong>, mag. psih., iz Centra za krepitev zdravja, Zdravstveni dom Slovenska Bistrica:<\/p>\n<p>\u00bbVsakodnevno se sre\u010dujemo z mnogimi zahtevami, ki nas vznemirijo. Med vsemi aktivnostmi, ki jih po\u010dnemo, si je dobro vsak dan vzeti nekaj trenutkov oddiha, ko se popolnoma odklopimo od vsega in smo prisotni v trenutku. Raziskave so namre\u010d pokazale, da sprostitev blagodejno vpliva na telesno in du\u0161evno zdravje. Pripomore k u\u010dinkovitej\u0161emu spoprijemanju s stresom, izbolj\u0161anju spanja, zmanj\u0161anju utrujenosti, izbolj\u0161anju koncentracije in spomina, laj\u0161anju bole\u010dine, zmanj\u0161evanju psihosomatskih bolezni (zvi\u0161an krvni pritisk, migrene, razdra\u017eljiv prebavni sistem \u2026).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spo\u010dijte si od obremenjujo\u010dih misli<br \/>\n<\/strong>Sprostite se lahko na razli\u010dne na\u010dine, recimo preko razli\u010dnih aktivnosti, ki jih radi po\u010dnete; izvrstno je denimo \u017ee gibanje v naravi. Gibanje na sve\u017eem zraku izbolj\u0161a razpolo\u017eenje, zmanj\u0161uje stres in pomaga pri premagovanju neprijetnih \u010dustev, ki vas vsakodnevno ovirajo pri tem, da bi bili sre\u010dni. \u017de po nekaj minutah telesne aktivnosti boste aktivirali tudi hormon sre\u010de, zaradi katerega se boste dobro po\u010dutili. Zato je \u017ee sprehod lahko zelo dobra prilo\u017enost, da se spo\u010dijete od neza\u017eelenih in obremenjujo\u010dih misli. Barve in zvoki v naravi delujejo pomirjajo\u010de in vas bodo vselej sprostile ter napolnile z energijo, zato izkoristite prihajajo\u010de tople poletne dneve in pre\u017eivite \u010dim ve\u010d \u010dasa v naravi.
