Sedimo za mizo, ko jemo, v avtomobilu, kinu ali gledali\u0161\u010du, na pija\u010di s prijatelji \u2026<br \/>\nSede\u010d na\u010din \u017eivljenja je del na\u0161ega vsakdana in povsem v nasprotju z na\u0161imi biolo\u0161kimi potrebami &#8211; \u0161kodi tako zdravju kot po\u010dutju.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kaj se dogaja v telesu?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Raziskave potrjujejo zdravstvena tveganja, povezana s sede\u010dim na\u010dinom \u017eivljenja. \u010ce sedimo ve\u010d kot \u0161tiri ure na dan in smo neaktivni tudi v prostem \u010dasu, se pove\u010da tveganje za nastanek debelosti, sladkorne bolezni tipa 2, raka \u010drevesja, bolezni srca in o\u017eilja, osteoporoze, zgodnej\u0161e smrti.<br \/>\nDalj\u0161a obdobja nedejavnosti upo\u010dasnijo presnovo in zmanj\u0161ujejo sposobnost telesa za nadzor sladkorja v krvi, uravnavanja krvnega tlaka in razgradnjo ma\u0161\u010dob. Nekatere \u0161tudije ka\u017eejo, da dalj \u010dasa trajajo\u010de neprekinjeno sedenje skraj\u0161uje \u017eivljenjsko dobo, tudi \u010de je oseba sicer \u0161portno aktivna. Najbolj\u0161a je kombinacija vzdr\u017eljivostne vadbe in treninga mo\u010di. Vendar tudi \u010de smo aktivni 30 minut vsak dan, kar priporo\u010da SZO, je pomembno, kaj po\u010dnemo preostalih 23 ur.<br \/>\nPomembne so tudi vsakodnevne malenkosti, ki jih lahko vsak posameznik vpelje v svoj dnevni ritem: izogibajte se sedenju doma ali v prostem \u010dasu, izvajajte razne aktivnosti v naravi, namesto gledanja televizije pojdite v slu\u017ebo pe\u0161 ali s kolesom, odpravite se na kratek sprehod v \u010dasu malice, vstanite vsako uro in naredite raztezno vajo in nekaj korakov naokoli, uporabite stopnice namesto dvigala,\u2026<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong>Med vodilnimi vzroki smrti<\/strong><br \/>\nPo podatkih Svetovne zdravstvene organizacije (SZO) se pribli\u017eno dva milijona smrti letno pripi\u0161e telesni nedejavnosti. Opozarjajo, da bi lahko bil sede\u010di na\u010din \u017eivljenja med desetimi vodilnimi vzroki smrti in invalidnosti na svetu. Ocenjujejo tudi, da je dve tretjini otrok premalo aktivnih, kar lahko ima resne posledice na njihovo bodo\u010de zdravje. Od pojava covida-19 pa je situacija \u0161e slab\u0161a.<\/h4>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Sede\u010d na\u010din \u017eivljenja je v veliki meri tudi &#8216;krivec&#8217; za slabo telesno dr\u017eo, bole\u010dine v vratu in med lopaticama. Lahko pa je tudi razlog za kroni\u010dne bole\u010dine v ledvenem predelu hrbta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kako prepoznamo slabo telesno dr\u017eo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Glava je obi\u010dajno pomaknjena naprej, prsni del hrbtenice je izbo\u010den, ramena potisnjena naprej in obrnjena navznoter. Telo se ves \u010das nahaja v ravnote\u017enem polo\u017eaju, zato lahko premik dela telesa vi\u0161je vpliva na del telesa ni\u017eje. Torej, \u010de se glava pomakne naprej, se za ohranjanje ravnote\u017enega polo\u017eaja spremeni polo\u017eaj medenice in vpliva na krivino hrbtenice v ledvenem predelu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vaje<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Predstavljene vaje vklju\u010dujejo razteg ve\u010d mi\u0161i\u010dnih skupin hkrati.
