Namesto pinjol lahko uporabimo son\u010dni\u010dna semena, v tem primeru jih uporabimo ve\u010d, ker so malce manj aromati\u010dna. Med pra\u017eenjem ponev potresamo, da se enakomerno popra\u017eijo.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> KORAK:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Regrat o\u010distimo in temeljito operemo, nato ga grobo nasekljamo. \u010cesen olupimo in sesekljamo.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> KORAK:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Polovico regrata stresemo v multipraktik ali blender, prilijemo polovico olja in zmiksamo. Aparat vmes ugasnemo in z oboda listi\u010de potisnemo proti no\u017eku. Nato dodamo preostali regrat in olje ter drobno sesekljamo. Regratu dodamo parmezan, pinjole, \u010desen in sol. Vse skupaj zmiksamo v kremasto zmes. Regratov pesto po potrebi dodatno za\u010dinimo, pregostega lahko razred\u010dimo z malo olja ali vode.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NASVET:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Regratov pesto je razli\u010dica klasi\u010dnega bazilikinega pesta. \u010ce ga zme\u0161amo z malo vro\u010de vode od kuhanja testenin in ko\u0161\u010dkom masla, dobimo odli\u010dno omako za testenine ali njoke. Pesto lahko v steklenem kozar\u010dku hranimo v hladilniku nekaj dni, v zamrzovalniku pa do 2 meseca.
